Limitation of Liability

Sinopia provides marketing services on a best-efforts basis. While we strive for excellent results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or patient acquisition numbers. Marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our website or services.
